Slip leashes are commonly used by dog handlers, groomers, veterinarians, and kennel/shelter staff. While they may not be appropriate for all dog types (including puppies and small dogs), they can be an excellent tool for handlers when used correctly.
 
HOW TO FIT
 
Ensure the sliders are positioned in a way that allows you to easily fit two fingers between the collar and your dog’s body, but tight enough that it does not slip over the dog’s head.
 
· 5/16″ x 5′ Rope Slip Leash is recommended for pets up to 30 lbs.
· 1/2″ x 5′ Rope Slip Leash is recommended for pets over 30 lbs.
 
CAUTION: This product is intended to be used for a short duration under adult supervision, and it is best suited for dogs trained to walk on a leash. Do not use if your dog is a persistent puller.
